  1. In general, while this sounds good, it’s not really. Nor is it really possible except at the local levels. and maybe state levels.

    There’s little point in putting any of the lower orders into the upper levels of government. They’re largely unqualified to deal with the issues presented, AND they’re vastly more open to corruption from the get-go. The massive increase in net worth of most in Congress during their term(s) being indicative of that.
