Ohh…I love these photos. I miss the ocean…
But, let me guess, you don’t miss that bitter deep cold …
It kinda depends. Like, I like the cold Vermont-style (but I hate driving in it!). And. probably, yes to oceanside-cold. But cold in Kansas…it’s weird, I don’t really like it. It feels hostile-cold and not cozy- or invigorating cold. But you know, there’s the atmosphere of place that’s a strong factor, even though cold is cold, period.
Yeah, I remember Iowa got pretty nasty, too.
