Looks delicious. Tough to find green asparagus in Germany – it is all white here. Most years restaurants have special asparagus menus during the season, but they won’t be open for it in 2020. Though I have seen some takeout asparagus options.

My German mother-in-law refused to eat ours. because it was the “wrong” color …
That looks delicious and I’m sure it is. No garden here, but there isn’t anything better than fresh out of the garden veggies!
The season’s just starting. Maybe the farmers markets will be opening soon. Any near you?
