Dwelling in a rundown, low-income part of town or the countryside is a common theme in much of my writing. Call it funky, if you will, but it’s there – like I recall.

Which is 40 minutes from here, one direction, and hour, to the better one, in the other direction. But now you have me wondering about fiction or even movies set in laundromats. They do vary and attract some strange folks.
I can attest to that
Laundromats are fascinating places. Have done some funky time myself, I know this as a truth. You never know who is going to hauling in an army bag of dirty clothes.
