Just a few!
Christmas concerts televised from Winchester Cathedral with various bands, from Florilegium to The Hanover band. But those are maybe not shows??
I grew up in the church, which means I took part in the annual Sunday School Christmas pageant. Started with small roles, anonymous shepherd, angel choir, and If my memory is correct I even played a sheep once. As I got older there were bigger roles: the angel Gabriel, the wise men and, of course Joseph. It was a rite of passage.
