Every year there seems to be more and more daffodils down the road sides and they are perfect for a week or two, but then they are gone 😦 for another year, when they will be back again.
That’s the thing about spring and summer. It’s a glorious sequence of one thing after another. A good fireworks show is modeled on this. Tulips and daffodils yielding to lilac, for instance.
