IN ACTION

by Jnana Hodson

In gardening,
the wheelbarrow is as important
as a shovel or rake

and then there’s the scythe
(a lost art)
or its surrogates.

Universally,
work gloves
or
an apron.

Indoors or out,
leading to
all the debris of labor.
